When an unprecedented new technology is developed by a pharmaceutical company, intern Silas Fielding is made a pawn in keeping it hidden. Far from home and shaken by a family tragedy, Silas struggles with his own beliefs. As he begins to be exposed to money and status, he is also slowly surrounded by deception, murder, and a terrorist plot.
