DescriptionThe course has over 1 hour of audio video content that is presented in an interview based format. The discussion is around human personalities and how these can easily be misunderstood. The course will help individuals to deep dive into their own minds to identify instances of hasty judgements that might hurt human relationships. The learner from this course will start to look at others from the lens of the 4 personalities and will start to recognise strengths and weaknesses in each. This helps to eliminate feelings of bias or resentment and gets us to feel less stressed in difficult emotional situations. The course starts by exploring the functioning of the human mind and how it leads us to arrive at wrong conclusions. The learner will thus become more aware of the play of their own mind and avoid hasty judgement. The course then provides tips on how to predict the behaviours of humans by taking hints from the 200 year old DISC research and its findings. The learner will find the house very engaging as the facilitator uses the analogy of 4 birds to relate to the 4 primary human preferences. Any individual who completes the course will then be able to use this in their day to day observations of people they interact with. All previous participants of the course have indicated that this has simplified the most complex of relations for them and that they now envisage using this for influencing seniors, juniors and peers for a win-win outcome.
