A proven formula to succeed with social transformation that is based on a surprisingly simple "listen, then speak" model

Description
We live in an age of profound disruption; it feels as if we are operating "in-between" stories of not only the organizations we work with and for but also in-between stories of WHO we are and WHAT we do as OD/Change leaders. One story speaks of something dying (old ways of leading, working, and being), and the other story speaks of new beginnings; of something wanting to be born (new ways of leading, working, and being). The question is.what story do you want to be a part of? Do you want to be a part of a dying past, or do you want to be part of the emerging future? For each of us, we are only as valuable, relevant, and impactful as the conditions we operate in allow us to be. For example, think of the time when you felt out of place professionally – how did that make you feel? How did such situation impact your mental health, the quality of your life? I can tell you that I have operated in the 'in-between' several times in my career and never felt good about it - always questioning my relevance, impact, and the value I offered as an OD/Change agent. At this moment, whether you realize it or not, the sand is shifting beneath our feet – not only for the organizations we work with/for, but also for each of us individually; you feel it, I feel it; we can ALL sense it. Most OD/Change leaders I speak with say they want to make an impact for their client or employer; that they want to help others be all they can be. I can identify.as realizing such goals, pursuing such aspirations was my (original) WHY for becoming an OD/Change leader. But the world has changed...and increasingly, as OD/Change leaders, we are being asked to help facilitate and solve for complex adaptive challenges where to be successful it requires changing not only individual behaviors but also their thinking. The trouble is, solving complex adaptive challenges requires a completely different set of knowledge, skills, and capabilities to be successful than relying on traditional diagnostic OD/change approaches alone (in other words, "what got us here, will not get us there").Further, we are increasingly operating in VUCA-like conditions of volatility, uncertainty, complexity, and ambiguity; conditions only exasperated by the COVID-19 pandemic that NOW demand NEW ways of leading, working, and being from each of us as OD/Change leaders to bring about transformative change.KNOW THIS: Without addressing such changes head-on, each of us runs the risk of 1) being left behind, 2) becoming increasingly irrelevant/diminished by the winds of change, or worse 3) losing our job. This is NOT our fate. But in saying that, what is required from EACH of us is to REIMAGINE who we are and what we do as OD/Change leaders. Specifically, it requires each of us to become a System Leader. What is a System Leader? Well, that is the subject of this course.Leading Transformative Change is a modern, state-of-the-art, digital training experience that will help you develop the knowledge, skills, and capabilities to thrive as a System Leader in our increasingly complex and uncertain world. Whether your motivation is to increase the relevance, impact, and value you offer your employer OR to restore feelings of being wanted, needed, and providing strategic value to the organization, OR simply wanting to command a higher income due to your heightened knowledge, skills, and capabilities "talent stack," then this certification option is for you.A tremendous opportunity exists for you to transform WHO you are and WHAT you do. Specifically,You can become a 'trusted advisor' of leadership by increasing your relevance, impact, and value offered to your employer or clientYou can restore feelings of being wanted, needed, and providing strategic value to the organization (vs. being perceived as non-strategic, just another pair of hands, OR being constrained to serving simply in an HR/people role)You can reignite your OD/change flame; reinvigorate a stalled career; realize greater satisfaction and excitement from your life's workYou can "futureproof" your employment due to your enhanced ability to provide "more-value-added" (as perceived by leadership)You can confidently address and succeed in helping facilitate and solve the (increasingly) complex adaptive challenges of todayYou can make a greater contribution to humanity by expanding your professional reach (beyond solving just organizational problems) to helping solve larger social issues and challenges that you are (privately) passionate aboutYou can command a higher income with a heightened "talent stack" (of knowledge, skills, and capabilities) to solve an organization's most intractable issuesIn this course, you will learn HOW to initiate a professional transformation from where you ARE (as an OD/Change agent) to where you COULD be (a System Leader).Don't delay. Initiate TODAY what could be the most important, most impactful, most rewarding phase of your professional life.Your Future Begins Here!
