DescriptionThis Course in a NutshellThis course is designed for Korean beginners with a focus on developing language skills, rather than overwhelming you with grammar rules. My program is tailored to empower you to speak and understand Korean confidently on your own.I provide clear, easy-to-understand explanations of complex grammar and create an environment where you can engage in the repetitive practice for mastery.Q: Who are you?A: I am a Korean language teacher, dedicated to making learning Korean the easiest way possible in the world.Q: What inspired you to create this course?A: Originally, I worked as an engineer, but I had a dream of becoming proficient in English. I studied English for over 10 years, yet I felt utterly helpless in front of foreigners, unable to utter a word. Then one day, I completely changed my study methods and started over. In just 2 years and 6 months, I became an English interpreter. That's when I realized the key to language learning. I also had experience working in New Zealand, where my English skills were at their peak. I could speak effortlessly, and it was a fascinating experience. However, when I started my life as a Korean teacher in Japan, my knowledge of Japanese and English clashed, making me unable to speak English again. All these experiences made me deeply reflect on language learning. Through these experiences, I wanted to teach Korean to my students in a way that would help them avoid the trials and errors I went through, enabling them to learn Korean quickly and effectively.Q: Do you have a teaching certification in Korean?A: I majored in Korean at university and obtained a Korean teaching certification. I have been teaching Korean for the past 12 years.Q: What changes will I experience by taking your course?A: I have met many students over 12 years, all with various reasons for wanting to learn Korean. Many struggled because they couldn't understand Korean at all. But here's the exciting part. Every student who has used my unique learning method can speak Korean fluently. All my students confidently hold conversations in Korean for over 5 minutes independently.Whether you're someone who has never learned a foreign language, someone who is shy and struggles to speak in front of others, someone in a hurry to learn Korean in a short time, someone whose native language is very different from Korean, or even someone who has studied Korean for a long time without being able to speak confidently - my course will enable you to speak basic Korean confidently.Q: How is your course different from others?A: Unlike other courses that focus on imparting knowledge of Korean, my course emphasizes developing students' language abilities. It's a common misconception that accumulating Korean language knowledge will make you fluent. However, even after years of study, you'll never achieve fluency this way. Instead, if you want to communicate comfortably in Korean, you need to develop your speaking and listening abilities. My course is designed to program your language skills to speak and understand Korean. Just follow the instructions, and after completing the course, you'll discover your ability to speak Korean with confidence.Q: What teaching style do you use?A: It took me more than 4 years to establish the program for this course. I'm a very practical person, so when I teach Korean, I don't waste time on unnecessary things. I focus solely on what's needed for conversations and, through continuous practice, help students develop their language skills.I'm always thinking about how to make teaching Korean easier. One of the ideas I came up with is breaking down Korean sentences into words and explaining the meaning of grammar so that students can understand it better.Initially, there were many issues. Even in a single short sentence, there was an overwhelming amount of information, making it less readable. It was so complex that I sometimes couldn't understand it when I reread what I had written. Therefore, I eliminated complex grammar terms and explained everything in simple words, condensing lengthy explanations into concise phrases. No one else teaches Korean this way. If someone had, I could have created Korean content much more easily. Teaching Korean by breaking down every sentence is a challenging task. However, through this work, I've established a stable method to explain the ambiguous aspects of language with flexibility.Q: What are the benefits of learning Korean?A: In my experience, learning Korean makes life more enjoyable overall. One of my most memorable moments was ordering ice cream at a convenience store in New Zealand. The cashier asked about size, flavor, and toppings in English. And when I received the ice cream exactly as I had requested, it sent shivers down my spine.Learning Korean can give you the same thrill when you travel to Korea. Additionally, understanding Korean music and dramas in the original language can be incredibly rewarding.Furthermore, learning a foreign language encourages you to compare it with your native language, deepening your understanding of both.Lastly, it broadens your perspective. People who speak only one language tend to approach things with a single mindset, while those who learn foreign languages develop a wider range of thought. Trust and join me! I want to share the amazing experiences I had while learning foreign languages with you.
