Description This course is about Ancient Breathworks.
This course is recommended to not only Yogis, Healers and Meditators but also anyone who needs more productivity and energy. You can build up more focus, awareness and energy capacity. You can be more vigorous and energetic.
We will look into fundamental breathworks of Theravada Buddhism, SunDo(Taosim), Hatha Yoga and Tibetan Buddhist Yoga.
Each breathwork is foundation for further practices in each lineage.
Breathworks from Theravada and SunDo are passive. Breathworks from Hatha Yoga and Tibetan Yoga are active.
Passive breathworks will contribute to deeper meditation. It will lead you to more mindfulness and tranquility.
It will also lead you to different state of mind.
You will be refreshed and recharged with Active breathworks. Stuck energy will be released. Enegry channels and chakras will be cleansed, aligned, opened and activated through breathing. It is good for toning and conditiong your mind & body.
This course contains short practices. I would like to encourage you to practice for longer time by yourself.
Consistency is important. You will realize how it works and how you got transformed with consistent practice.
